o All items sold are digital downloads; no physical products are shipped.
o Files are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
o Customers are responsible for ensuring they can open and store the downloaded digital files.
· Licensing & Usage Rights
o Patterns are for personal use only.

§ Use the pattern to create quilts for yourself or as gifts.
§ Sell small batch, handmade items created with the pattern (credit to Penguin Feats appreciated).
o You may not:
§ Share, redistribute, or resell the pattern files.
§ Claim the pattern or design as your own.
§ Mass produce items using the pattern.
o All digital quilting and embroidery files are licensed for personal use and single maker commercial use on customer quilts.
o You may:
§ Use the files to create quilts, embroidery projects, or stitched items for yourself.
§ Use the designs on quilts or items created for individual customers (one at a time, handmade work).
§ Sell finished handmade items that incorporate the design, as long as the item is created by you (credit to Penguin Feats appreciated)..
o You may not:
§ Resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital files in any form.
§ Claim the digital designs, motifs, or stitch patterns as your own.
§ Upload the files to any shared machine, platform, or service where others may access them.
§ Mass produce items using the designs (including factory production, outsourced production, or batch manufacturing).
§ Convert, alter, or modify the files for the purpose of reselling or redistributing derivative versions.
· Payments
o Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce using encrypted checkout.
o Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other options shown at checkout.
o All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
· Refunds & Exchanges
o Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
o Refunds are not available once purchase has been made.
